Kerry Hall

Kerry grew up in a small town in central Massachusetts and she knew she wanted to raise her family in a place like her hometown. After years in the fast track outside Philadelphia, she moved to the Midcoast in 1999 with her husband and two children. Here she found that strong sense of community she had loved as a child, a missing link that enriched all of them. And it's that strong sense of community that makes her work in real estate such a pleasure.

"I love working with people," she says. "I love knowing I've helped sell a house, or matched a house to a buyer. To see someone go from confusion and stress to a resolution. And then to see them around town, happily settled. It's so satisfying!"

Kerry works with Martin Cates & Associates, coordinating transactions. "Being part of a team helps me stay balanced," she says. "I want to enjoy this life we've chosen, and to contribute where I can."

It's been a boon for clients. Kerry is organized, genuinely nice, and like the golfer she is, has great follow-through. "I'm very determined" she says, "I do what it takes to get things done."

Kerry loves sports both as a spectator and participant – she’s a dedicated Rex Sox and Patriots fan. In fact, the entire Hall family spends much of their spare time around sports. Kerry’s husband Tom coaches some of the teams that their two young children, Brendan and Emma play.

Kerry enjoys life, the outdoors and looks forward to living a long healthy life. She wants to play golf well into her later years. She remarks “I want to play golf until I can shoot my age – perhaps I can accomplish that in my 80’s, or better yet my 70’s”.
